Two public lab repositories supporting AWS Immersion Day workshops — one for Amazon Kinesis and streaming data, one for Amazon Redshift and warehousing.
These are teaching artifacts rather than products. The work was in sequencing: taking a service with a large surface area and reducing it to a path a room full of people can actually complete, in order, without getting stuck — and without hiding the parts that matter.
Writing labs turns out to be a good test of whether you understand a service. Any step you cannot explain simply is a step you have not understood, and a room of learners finds those gaps immediately.
Both remain public.
